1. What Platinumlist Decks is

Platinumlist Decks is a service run by Platinumlist to share presentations and documents with the people they are meant for. Presentations are confidential unless their owner makes them public.

2. Confidentiality

Every presentation shared with you is confidential between you and Platinumlist. By opening it, you agree that you will not:

• share it, or any part of it, with anyone else, including by forwarding its link or showing it to others;
• download, save, print, screenshot, record or export it in any form;
• copy, replicate or duplicate its content, design or data, in whole or in part, in any form.

These obligations continue after your access ends. If you need to share a presentation with a colleague, ask the person who shared it with you to give them their own access.

3. Your access

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You can only open presentations shared with you, and your access is personal to you. Platinumlist may remove access at any time.

4. How we record views

When you open a presentation, we record that you opened it, when, how long you spent, and which slides, pages or sections you viewed. The presentation’s owner and editors at Platinumlist can see this, to understand what was useful and to follow up. On public links we record the same information per browser, without a name. We don’t use third-party trackers or advertising cookies.

5. Your information

We keep your email address, sign-in times and viewing records for as long as presentations are shared with you, and use them only to run this service. To ask about or remove your data, contact the person who shared the presentation with you.

6. Content

Presentations belong to Platinumlist or to the people who published them. Figures in them reflect Platinumlist’s data at the time stated and may change.
